Wiersz i śmierci miłości
To chyba drugi napisany w angielskim, z tym że pierwszy był celowo niepoważny. Ten jest inny.

“An Invitation for (the Death of) Love”

For love I sent my invitation,

Then I waited for so long;

But finally I heard something —

Someone knocking at my door.

I felt confusion as I saw

No love waiting there outside.

Without even being noticed,

She just killed a glass of wine.

When she finished, I saw

At the bottom of the glass —

A few drops of shame and sadness,

The regret of wasted time.

I asked my uninvited guest,

For I had a sense of dread;

I thought this was my love —

But death spoke to me instead:

“If love is what you hold so dear,

And you open your heart wide,

Then I am always near;

This is how your big loves die.”
